Accessibility Statement

The Split City Museum is committed to ensuring that its website is accessible, in compliance with the Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies of the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette, No. 17/19; hereinafter: the Act), which implements Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (OJ EU, L 327, 2 December 2016).

This Accessibility Statement applies to the website of the Split City Museum, available at https://mgs.hr/.

Level of compliance

The website https://mgs.hr/ is currently not compliant with the Act due to the complexity of the website’s overall development and the forthcoming implementation of new features.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible as it does not comply with the Act:

· images are not adequately described, as the current website management system does not support this functionality
· some images include textual content but are not logos
· there is no option to adjust colour contrast
· there is no option to increase or decrease text size via a page link
· there is no option to change the font to aid readability for users with dyslexia
· the purpose of links is not clearly described
· some files are not available in formats compatible with screen readers
· parts of the text are underlined in the same way as hyperlinks

The Split City Museum is working to eliminate areas of non-compliance.
